REGISTRATION
On yanabeaute.it you can register in a few simple clicks to speed up the purchase process. At registration, you will be asked for your first name, last name, an email address, and a password, which you can change at any time. Inside your account, you can enter your personal details, the shipping address, and check the summary of your orders. Once registered, for each purchase you will not need to provide the shipping address and other necessary details again, as they are already saved on the site. It is still possible, even when registered, to enter a different shipping address or modify the one already present. At registration, you can subscribe to our newsletter to receive news about our offers, promotions, and new products.
CART
Shopping on loungevity.it is very easy: just browse through the existing product categories and select what you want to buy. Inside the product page, you will find descriptions and images of the product. Products can be added or removed from the cart at any time before completing the order.
BUYING
To proceed with the purchase, select "Proceed with order" on the cart page and fill in the required fields. You can buy by registering on the site. If you are a registered user and have already entered your details in your personal account, these will appear automatically. At the time of purchase, you will be asked to choose the payment method and the shipping costs will be shown. By clicking "Place order" you proceed with the purchase. Remember that the photos in the product sheet are for illustration only; the description provided is the reference. If paying by credit card, you will be automatically redirected to a secure payment platform where you can enter your details.

You can therefore rest assured: your sensitive data is in good hands.
On our shop, we accept the following payment methods:
PAYPAL - CREDIT CARD or PAYPAL ACCOUNT: At payment, if you select PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal site where you can comfortably complete the payment. PayPal will show the payment details and the shipping address as specified when finalizing the order.
On PayPal, it is also possible to pay with the following credit cards:
Visa, MasterCard, PayPal prepaid card, PostePay, Discover, American Express, Carta Aura, and it is not mandatory to be registered on PayPal; you can also choose to enter your credit card details for a single order only.
CASH ON DELIVERY
Cash on delivery has an additional cost of €3.90 at the time of order. Payment will be made upon receipt of the goods. We recommend preparing the exact amount indicated in the shipping notification email as the courier cannot give change. If you will not be the one receiving the goods, remember to give instructions to your representative and leave them the necessary amount.

FREE GIFT
Often our store offers promotions with free gift products. For stock management reasons, the free gift product will have a symbolic price of €0.01 to allow its inclusion on the invoice.

Due to the obligation of electronic invoicing and the split payment mechanism, this company does not invoice public administrations.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal is governed by law if the customer-consumer (that is, a natural person who buys goods for purposes not related to their professional activity, or does not make the purchase by providing a VAT number in the order form) has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason.
To exercise this right, the customer must send a communication to Yana Beaute Srls within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the goods. This communication can be sent by REGISTERED MAIL with return receipt addressed to: MILAN (MI) VIA MERCATO 5 ZIP 20121 REA Number MI - 2674934 VAT Number 1264265096 or by email to: jessica@longevitygroup.it.
Returns of any item will be accepted, provided it is intact and in the original packaging, refunding the full amount excluding shipping costs, which remain the responsibility of the customer (as provided by law).
According to article 52 of legislative decree 6 September 2005 no. 206 (“Consumer Code”), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without needing to provide explanations.
After expressing the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be sent to Yanabeaute Srls MILAN (MI) VIA MERCATO 5 ZIP 20121 REA Number MI - 2674934 VAT Number 1264265096. After verifying the product’s integrity, the refund will be made by crediting the credit card or PayPal account, or by bank transfer within 14 days of acceptance of the return. Shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility in any case.
WARRANTY
All products sold by Yanabeaute srls through yanabeaute.it are covered by the manufacturer’s conventional warranty and for defects of conformity, pursuant to DL 24/02.
To benefit from warranty service, the customer must keep the sales receipt (or invoice) received in the package, attached to the purchased product. The manufacturer’s conventional warranty is provided according to the terms described in the documentation inside the product packaging.
