The effectiveness of the peeling system was evaluated during a study conducted in the USA by INNOVATIVE SKINCARE® in collaboration with International Research Services Inc. The study results were summarized by Dr. Charlene DeHaven, member of the American University of Emergency Medicine and Clinical Director of INNOVATIVE SKINCARE®.

STUDY OBJECTIVE:
To assess the effectiveness of the PRODIGY PEEL (2) SYSTEM in rejuvenating the skin and improving its overall appearance, as well as to gather participants’ feedback.

STUDY METHODOLOGY:

• The study was conducted by cosmetologists with extensive experience in chemical peels.
• A cycle of 3 procedures was performed with a 4-week interval.
• Participants were evaluated by experts at each visit before and after the peel.
• The effectiveness of the peeling system was assessed using objective parameters; skin firmness and elasticity were measured with a cutometer; skin thickness was measured with the DermaScan ultrasound device.

• Density

RESULTS:

Participants were clinically evaluated for 4 weeks after each peeling procedure. Objective criteria assessed included: reduction in visibility of fine and deep wrinkles; hyperpigmentation; visibly smoother skin tone; improvement in firmness, radiance, and elasticity of the skin, as well as overall appearance; absence of blemishes. After the treatment cycle, 100% of patients showed clear improvement in nearly all the above parameters.

Skin density and elasticity were measured using a cutometer 4 weeks after peeling. After the third peeling procedure, 83% of participants showed an absolute increase in dermal thickness value of 4.6%.

CONCLUSIONS:

Data obtained during the study confirm the high effectiveness of the multifunctional peeling system IS CLINICAL® in improving the overall appearance, tone, texture, and elasticity of the skin.
